Transilluminated Retractable Lever – Rat
The new transilluminated retractable lever for rats is identical to the standard Rat Retractable Lever and has two features not typical of other illuminated retractable levers. One, the cue is a tri-color LED that produces a total of seven different colors by blending the three colors to generate four additional colors. Two, unlike other illuminated retractable levers, the LED is enclosed in a stainless steel case protecting the LED from damage created by the subject. The cue lights are controlled by a triple cue output from the Habitest Linc or three independent outputs (spares) using the triple cue/spare adapter cable. The retractable lever operates in the same manner as the standard retractable levers.
Model No.: H23-17R-TIL

House Lights and HGH Bright Stimulus Cue
Now your test cages can “GO GREEN”! The House Lights and High Bright Stimulus Cues for the mouse and rat cages are now available with white LED bulbs. The LED bulbs used in these modules can also be used in your existing house light and cue lights. The advantage of using LED bulbs is the longer life span, estimated to be 20 to 30 times that of an incandescent bulb, and the reduced energy required to operate these bulbs, about 20% of the current required to operate the incandescent bulbs in these modules. The LED bulbs operate on the same -24 to -30 Volt DC signals as the standard House Lights and High Bright Stimulus Cues.

The A10-25 Portable Physiology Platform (P3)
Welcome to the newly redesigned Coulbourn Portable Physiology Platform - or the P3, the newest standard for the United States Military and the Department of Veterans Affairs for PTSD testing and benefit validation. Also used for sports medicine, mobile laboratories and field service around the world. Patent Pending design and industry standard software round out this unique offering.
The A10-25 Portable Physiology Platform (P3) is a full-featured research tool that fits in a briefcase. It provides four channels of electrophysiological data acquisition, a complete acoustic stimulus generator, and a skin conductance coupler. Critical functions of each included device are under software control to allow for the programming of highly flexible experiment protocols and data acquisition strategies. Interfacing to notebook or desktop computer systems is implemented via industry-standard PCMCIA or PCI programmable gain, programmable filters, and programmable integrators. The skin conductance coupler provides a choice of AC or DC coupling and AC or DC excitation modes, adjustable subject offset, and sensitivity alteration. Both tone and noise outputs are available; the tone output is programmable for both amplitude and frequency, the noise for amplitude. An audio power amplifier is also included so the P3 can drive headphones or loudspeakers directly. The P3 also provides remote switch sensing, digital outputs, and both raw and conditioned analog outputs for each input channel.

Coulbourn Is Pleased To Present Our New Precision Programmable Shocker
The new H13-17 Precision Programmable Shocker represents the latest in technology, offering advanced features and unparalleled precision. A user friendly setup menu replaces switches and dials for specifying parametric controls. The meter has been replaced by an LCD display providing much greater accuracy. The H13-17 delivers shock over a range of one microamp (0.000001 amps) to five milliamps (0.005 amps) in increments of one microamp. The H13-17 will interface to existing systems without any additional parts or modifications needed. You can even use your existing shock cables.
The shock stimulus is a 10 millisecond, polarity reversal, isolated square wave that can be delivered as a 2-Pole or scanned output for grid floor shock applications (8-Pole). Isolation (floating output) provides operator and subject safety, as well as isolation from other sources of electrical stimulation. Ten amplitudes can be set and stored manually or the shocker can be programmed via a 0 to 2.5 volt DC signal source. Contact your Sales and Applications specialist for more information.
